Read the DIR release ↗Every even-numbered year, Texas agencies develop an Agency Strategic Plan as part of the state’s planning and budget process. DIR’s 2027–2031 Agency Strategic Plan communicates the agency’s goals and priorities to state leadership, the Legislature, and the public.
I supported the development and review of DIR’s 2027–2031 Agency Strategic Plan, conducting a comprehensive review of agency goals, initiatives, and performance measures.
My work included comparing the plan against previous planning materials, reviewing statewide technology priorities, checking alignment across key strategic documents, and reviewing the plan against Office of the Governor requirements.
I also reviewed language, organization, and consistency across the document, helping strengthen the final plan before publication.
